air and ground services and US post. Insurance,handling

RETURNS:
Merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturing defects
if notified within 5 days of ship date. Returns must be
made in the same polybag with inserts in which products
was received,all accessory item must be included to
receive credit. A $5:00 charge for item purchase will be
accessed if return does not include polybag and inserts.
no credit will be given if accessory items are not included
no credit or exchange will be given for returns made after
5 days and without a return authorization number. Return
authorization are good for only 5 days. A request for an
authorization number must be made by phone, fax or in
writing. IF the items can not be replaced, credit will be given
for the returned item.
